Why foster care?

This cause is personal. As a teenager, I had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the joys and the heartbreaks of foster care. My parents opened their home and their hearts to more than 25 foster children. I saw the resilience of these children, the pain they carried, and the hope that flickered within them. I also witnessed the tireless efforts of foster parents navigating a system that often lacks adequate support.

These experiences left a permanent imprint on my heart—and on the heart of COCOZOË.
