How long does shipping take? Orders received before 12:00 PM EST on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays) will be fulfilled the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST on business days will be fulfilled the next business day.
Demand Surges: During periods of high demand, you will be notified of any temporary changes to our shipping schedule.
Can I return my order?: We do not accept returns unless your order was defective or damaged due to order packing. If you received wrong items, please contact us at wecare@cocozoe.com so that we can make it right.
Do you provide product samples? No, at this time, we do not have product samples.
